Our Euromac offers six station tools with 30 tons of force to punch up to .250” steel.
Welding
Our OTC Digital Wave Pulse function allows for Tig-like welds on light-gauge Aluminum whereas our Miller equipment utilizes Mig welding application for structural steel parts.
PAINT
Our 25’ automotive quality paint booth is fully outfitted to handle your HVLP coating needs on manufactured parts.
forming
Two Accurpress 175 ton 12’ brake presses with Willa Crowning form up to 10’ long, .250” mild steel with tooling beds to support 12’ lengths for thin gauge material.
ASSEMBLY
Consolidate your part handling with our post fabrication assembly line that can be setup to handle OEM quantities and small custom runs.
Shipping
Our fully tooled crating department will package your parts to handle transit services ranging from small parcel to full-truck freight.
